Refunds for Multi-Day Ski Passes only:

A refund can only be obtained following a sports accident. Refunds are exclusively issued to the injured person when the ski pass is handed in at one of the places of issue. Refunds are made in cash. The refund includes the days from the issue of the ski pass up to the day it was handed back. A day is not counted as use-day if the pass is returned before 10 am.  The day of the accident or when the accident happened is decisive for a refund entitlement. Only a medical certificate from doctors in the Hermagor District or from a local hospital will be accepted and must be presented for every refund claim. There are no refund entitlements for family members who have to leave prematurely in order to accompany the injured person!

The same procedure is applicable for refunding season tickets. The refund will be 50% of the purchasing price if the ticket is returned before 15.01.2009. A refund of a third of the purchasing price will be made if the ticket is returned before 14.02.2010.
