This is how I make my farmhouse ice cream

Cool refreshment from Lissi's farm

Milk from the farm is nothing out of the extraordinary. But when the milk is stirred until creamy and is served cold and even tastes of chocolate, strawberry or lemon, then you enjoy one of Lissi Neuwirth’s creations. The dedicated farmwoman from Gundersheim believes that her 20 cows enjoy a really cool life – on the pasture in summer and in the exercise pen in winter. And Lissi creates a really cool farmhouse ice cream from the fresh milk of her happy cows. What to look out for when making ice cream, what devices and preparation is needed, how the fruits are cut and herbs are picked, how the tasty ingredients are added to the cream and what needs to be done to end up with your favourite ice cream – all this can be experienced at the farm and of course sampled afterwards. In addition, there are tips for storing and spicing up your own ice cream creation and there are of course special recipes.
