Farm Philippitsch vlg. Schopper
The Philippitsch family's traditional farm is known far beyond the borders. In addition to home-produced bacon, they also offer salami, liver sausage, hard boiled sausages, ossocollo and their own fruit schnapps. The regional products can of course be bought at any time from the farm. In addition, Daniel Philippitsch also offers his traditional “Frigga” at the Gailtaler Speckfest, which contains bacon, cheese, onions and apples.
