The circular hike can also be very well combined with a summit ascent GS_N10 to the Reißkofel (surefootedness, a head for heights and some other requirements are definitely necessary for this tour) as well as with the GS_N9 summit tour - Little Reißkofel.

Ausgangs-/Endpunkt:

Von der Jochalm gehst du kurz in östliche Richtung, um bei der folgenden Abzweigung nach links abzuzweigen (Richtung Norden). Der Weg führt nun einige Minuten durch den Wald, um in weiterer Folge etwas unterhalb der Jochalm über die Almfläche zu verlaufen. In der Nähe der Forststraße biegst du nach links ab und folgst dem Weg zurück zu deinem Startpunkt bei der Jochalm.
