Routebeschrijving
Kammleiten: (2.5 h)
A few 100 metres further on, path 410 branches off to the left to Kühweger Törl. From here we reach the summit of the Reppwand, also known as Kammleiten, after 20 minutes via a ridge with a wonderful view.
Gartnerkofel: (3.5 h)
If we want to climb the Gartnerkofel, we stay on path 412 above the piste and turn left at the end into a hollow. This leads in a northerly direction to a saddle, where an enchanting view of the Gailtal valley opens up. We keep left and climb in several hairpin bends to the summit of the Gartnerkofel, which is adorned with a particularly beautiful cross. An incredible panoramic view opens up. We are now about 2 hours on the way, back on the same path we need about 1 ½ hours.
Note: For mountaineers in good physical condition, it is possible to combine the two summits on the routes listed.
If you want to make it easier, take the Gartnerkofel chairlift up to approx. 1850 m, climb up a steep gravel slope to the top station of the FIS lift and then continue as above from the end of the piste towards Gartnerkofel.
