The Cellon offers a great view of the Carnic Alps and the surrounding valleys.

  • Since the hike takes place on Italian territory, carrying an ID is mandatory.
  • The Austrian name for the Cellon is Frischenkofel.
  • Along the route, there are also handrail ropes as well as areas prone to falls - surefootedness and a head for heights are basic requirements for this mountain hike.
