Celebrated Alpine-Adriatic Slow Food cuisine
The culinary delight explosion at Herwig’s Fine Food Store in Carinthia’s tastiest corner
Regional Slow Food products, made with much passion and love, from the Lesachtal Valley, Gailtal Valley and Lake Weissensee are presented on a large oak table in the middle of Ertl’s Fine Food Store. In addition, there is a selection of matching specialities from the surrounding Alpine-Adriatic region. Fine food tore proprietor Herwig takes you into the world of Slow Food and every participant creates their individual favourite composition from the wide range of products afterwards. This may be wild rye crackers from the master baker Matitz with raw milk cheese from the Zankl Organic Cheese Farm complemented by a vinegar flavour, it could also be the world’s smallest slice of bread with bacon piled on the Slow Food Presidio bread from the Lesachtal Valley. The Slow Food buffet leaves nothing to be desired and provides a special kind of explosion of culinary delights which is created individually by every participant.
