You will be out and about with our chef and master confectioner Franziskus and pick up seasonal fruit and cereals from the surrounding area to create a delightful dessert. Using the range of little tips and tricks provided, amateur chefs learn how to enjoy summer fruit even in winter, how to perfectly showcase lesser-known fruit varieties, and how to make a perfect dessert for a nice evening without any hassle. Questions about the origin and producers will of course be answered, and the final product will be sampled at the end of the workshop.
