Winter hike – tracks & trails of wild animals

Experience an unforgettable snowshoe hike in the idyllic Weißensee Nature Park. Our experienced ranger will guide you through the snowy landscape as you track animal tracks and learn about their survival strategies. The snowshoe hike provides the perfect opportunity to experience the wintry beauty of the Weißensee Nature Park while also gaining a deeper understanding of wildlife and conservation. Along the way, you will take a break at the Naggler Alm.
Note: If there is no snow, the hike will take place with hiking boots and crampons.
Time: 10:00 AM - approx. 2:00 PM Duration: 4 hours
Meeting point: Techendorf/Valley Station of the Weißensee Cable Car (Ascent & descent with the Weißensee Cable Car)
Equipment: sturdy, warm hiking boots, weatherproof clothing as well as gloves, wind protection
Costs: Adults: €22,- / Children up to 14 years: €15,- exclusive of cable car –
Costs for ascent & descent (Adults €21.8/ Children €15.8)
(With the Weißensee Premium Card from 7.1.26 - 30.01.26 ascent included)
Services: guided hike by a specialized guide, crampons, snowshoe and pole rental
Minimum number of participants: at least 4 people
Registration: Weißensee Information, Tel.: +43(0)4713/2220 until the day before by 4:00 PM
Cancellation Information: Free cancellation possible until 4:00 PM the day before. For later cancellations, 50% cancellation fees will be charged.
