With great passion, Helga Gassmayer runs the family business Primas. While she always spends the summer months at the alpine pasture, you can find her in the valley at their own farm during the rest of the year. The Gassmayer family produces hearty smoked bacon and sausage products in the valley, for which they have also been awarded multiple times. In the alpine pasture, in the midst of the Carnic Alps, the milk processing takes place. In summer, alongside dairy cows and young animals, there are also horses and sheep. The high-quality milk is freshly processed into alpine cheese, alpine butter, and buttermilk. To offer the products as fresh as possible, they can be purchased directly at the alpine pasture.
