The name Semmelrock stands for good, honest craftsmanship. "It's better on a smaller scale and work is fun because something good comes out of it," is the family's credo. The daily production is fresh, using mainly regional ingredients. With Gailtal eggs from the Sattlerhof farm, flour and butter from Carinthia and Obergailtal organic meadow milk for the homemade ice cream, the most important raw materials come from the immediate vicinity. There is no room for preservatives or other additives in the family recipes, some of which are very old, and the patisserie is a meeting place for young and old. A place to have breakfast and linger, to reflect and enjoy, to read the newspaper and drink a coffee in peace. To come home and feel at home.
