Anyone who has had the fortune to experience the upper Gailtal, both in terms of landscape and culinary delights, will understand our deep passion for this unique region in the heart of Europe. We live here, we work here, and with responsibility towards future generations, we strive to contribute to the ecological and economic development of this region.
In particular, we express our passion for this region in the daily production of our typical Gailtaler meat specialties - and you can taste it.
Our entire range of meats and sausages is produced in-house. Slaughter, production, and processing take place with local farmers. Only livestock from our region is processed: Gailtaler Almoch, Gailtaler pig, Plöcken lamb, milk calf, and wild from local forests (May - January).
Our product range includes fresh meat as well as all cooked and raw sausages, Gailtaler bacon g.g.A. and Gailtaler Almkäse g.U..
Additionally, we also serve as a local supplier and offer various groceries, frozen products, vegetables, and beverages for sale alongside our homemade products. Furthermore, you can enjoy lunch in our snack bar.
