Our cuisine: Our secret recipe? We cook with love, enthusiasm and a touch of originality. Our passion is Carinthian home cooking, from Gitschtaler Cordon-bleu to meat crackers with sauerkraut.
In our kitchen we pay strict attention to the selection of food:
- everything that is available in sufficient quantity in the valley, we buy here.
- All other food comes from Carinthia or the rest of Austria.
- We take into account the seasonality of the food.
