Tour recommendation:
Köderkopf (2167m) – Carnic Alps
Starting from the Frondell Alm, the route goes over the "Kessel" to the Köderhöhe, and further to the Köderkopf. Here stands one of the most beautiful summit crosses in the Carnic Alps, which was only erected last year. During the ascent, you can marvel at the increasingly rare Alpine spear thistle (Mannstreu thistle, Anhakn, Latin Eryngium alpinum) in its unique splendor and beauty. The descent is along the historical military road consisting of 113 serpentines back to the Frondell Alm. There you can taste and enjoy the original Gailtal alpine cheese g. U. Medium mountain hike with 700 m elevation gain
