A family business with tradition
In the middle of the village square in Liesing in the Lesach Valley lies the Mascha Wirt. Since its first documented mention in 1898, the establishment has been in the hands of the Wilhelmer family and is currently run by Fabio Wilhelmer.
The Mascha Wirt is a restaurant with typical Austrian and Carinthian cuisine - with a touch of Italy. Famous for its grill and meat specialties, vegetarian dishes and pasta also make hearts soar. The highlight of every afternoon is homemade cakes, Kaiserschmarrn, and delightful ice cream sundaes, accompanied by a variety of coffee specialties. In autumn, the Mascha Wirt attracts guests from near and far with its game weeks, indulging them with specialties from deer, roe deer, pheasant, chamois, and wild boar.
