Primas Hof
The farm Primas, run by Family Gassmayer, is a family-operated agricultural business where rural tradition and love for farming are lived out.
An important part of our farm is the mother cow keeping. Our cows spend the summer months from June to September on the Gundersheimer Alm. During the rest of the year, they live with us on the farm and in the surrounding pastures.
With great care, we process our meat into hearty bacon and sausage specialties, which we produce and smoke ourselves. Depending on the season, we also offer special specialties, such as fresh cooking sausages or smoked ribs at Christmas and Easter.
When we slaughter cattle or pigs, there is also the option to order fresh meat directly from us – optionally in practical mixed packages or as selected individual pieces.
Our farm-produced products can be purchased directly at our farm. This way, we combine traditional rural craftsmanship with regional quality and honest taste.
