This year we are even happier to be able to welcome you as guests in the Nassfeld-Pressegger See region. The past months have presented us all with new challenges and yet,
or perhaps because of this, we are optimistic about the future and would like to make this
summer holiday especially relaxing for you. We ask for your understanding should there be any restrictions in the use of recreational and leisure services due to legal requirements, federal or state government orders or other unforeseeable events. In this context we would also like to point out that there is no entitlement to price reductions or refunds. The availability of all recreational and leisure services is updated daily at www.nassfeld.at. At the same time, we ask you to follow the Covid-19 safety measures prescribed by the government without exception. These measures are in place for your own safety and for the protection of other guests and the locals. Thank you for your understanding.

What can I do before I start my holiday?
Your hosts will be happy if you contact them before you arrive so that they can give you
valuable tips prior to your arrival. This includes amenities such as advance online check-in, arrival time guidelines, cashless payment options and much more.

Do I get a refund for my ski pass?
Multi-day tickets that have already been purchased can be sent (incl. invoice receipt) by post to SPN Seilbahnpartner Nassfeld GmbH & Co OG, Sonnenalpe Nassfeld 8, 9620 Hermagor or by email with mandatory disclosure of the residential address for dispatch.
There will be an aliquot refund in form of a voucher for those days that are valid beyond 14 March 2020. According to the applicable terms of sales and conditions of carriage, no refunds will be granted for season tickets, early departures or days not used until Saturday, 14 March 2020.
