A varied and culinary alpine pasture hike awaits on this stage, as Gailtaler cheese is produced everywhere. The route starts at the Dolinzaalm, reaching the Eggeralm at midday, just right for a rustic snack, and in the evening arriving at the tourist resort Naßfeld.

From the A2 Southern Motorway exit HERMAGOR onto Gailtal road 111 to Feistritz an der Gail and further via Vorderberger state road to Vorderberg.
