Vom Wallfahrtsort Maria Luggau geht es entlang des Mühlenweges - vorbei an den 5 alten, voll funktionstüchtigen Wassermühlen - über einen Waldsteig hinauf auf den Guggenberg, wo man bald eine tolle Fernsicht ins Tal hinunter und in die Karnischen Alpen genießen kann. Vorbei an den urigen Bauernhöfen am Guggenberg geht es der asphaltierten Straße entlang hinunter durch Wälder Richtung Tiefenbach und dann weiter entlang der Bundesstraße B111 zum Ausgangsunkt nach Maria Luggau.
