Who receives the new GästeCard Basic?
All guests staying in the Hermagor-Pressegger See region receive the GästeCard Basic. One card is issued per person.
How much does the GästeCard Basic cost and where can I buy it?
The GästeCard Basic is available free of charge and will be given to you at your accommodation.
When is this card valid?
The card is valid for the duration of your stay (including the day of arrival and day of departure).
How often can I use the services included in the "GästeCard basic"?
The card gives holders unlimited access to the services included. Certain services or offers can only be used on a specific date or day of the week. Please see our brochure for more details.
What should I do if I lose my GästeCard Basic?
Guests who lose their card can be issued with a replacement by their host. In this case the old card is no longer valid.
What happens if the GästeCard Basic is not used in accordance with the terms and conditions?
If it is proven or believed that somebody has contravened the terms and conditions of the "+CARD holiday" then the card in question will be immediately confiscated and/or blocked. It is not permitted to give the card to anyone else to use. Holders who do so will be prosecuted. Holders must provide photo ID if requested. The terms and conditions of the "ARGE-Qualitätsbetriebe" apply. You will find these terms and conditions in the flyer issued toether with the GästeCard Basic as well as in the box below.
Terms & conditions
The GästeCard Basic is only valis for the person it has been issued to and cannot be transferred. Transferal of the card to another person will result in the card being blocked. Data protection: by receiving this card you agree to your personal data being used. This information will only be used for marketing purposes by the Nassfeld-Pressegger See holiday region. You are entitled to withdraw your permission at any time. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. In all other matters the legal provisions on data protection in Austria apply. If a card is lost or no longer works it will be blocked immediately. The holder will receive a replacement card and information on services used with the old card will be transferred to the new card. If a service included in the card is not available there can be no refund. Refund in case of illness: if a card holder falls ill and is forced to leave earlier than expected, he/she must provide a doctor's note and the GästeCard Basic will be blocked. General information: the individual services provided as part of this card are offered by legally independent companies. The company issuing this card merely acts as a representative of the other companies offering services included in this card. Therefore, it is the individual company that is responsible for providing the respective services and that is liable in cases of damage or injury.
