+Card PREMIUM

The advantages offered by the +Card PREMIUM

Holders of the +Card PREMIUM have free access to cable cars and swimming areas and can participate in exclusive hiking and mountainbiking activities while their children are off having fun on their own children's activity programme. There are many more locations which can be accessed free of charge by holders of the +Card PREMIUM, which also provides discounts of  around -30% at lots of facilities in the region.

Does the +Card PREMIUM include all the advantages offered by the GästeCard Basic in Hermagor - Pressegger See?

Holders of the +Card PREMIUM can, of course, enjoy the same advantages as holders of the GästeCard Basic in Hermagor - Pressegger See.

Where can I get a +Card PREMIUM and how much does it cost?

The card can only be received from your host, who will issue you with a +Card PREMIUM valid for the duration of your stay (valid from the first day) free of charge. Accommodation facilities entitled to issue the card are PREMIUM Partners in Hermagor-Pressegger See (Nassfeld – Hermagor – Pressegger See), Kötschach-Mauthen, St. Stefan, Kirchbach, Dellach im Gailtal and Gitschtal.

Can I also purchase a +Card PREMIUM?

Guests who are not staying at one of our PREMIUM Partners have the opportunity to purchase a +Card PREMIUM at the information and service centre in Hermagor. The card is valid for 7 consecutive days and costs €120 for adults and €60 for children (incl. VAT).

During which period of the +Card PREMIUM valid?

The card is valid for the duration of your stay in the period 13 May until 26 October 2017.

 

The following seasons apply

Early summer season: 13.05. - 09.06.2017  
Summer season:

10.06. - 17.09.2017

 
Autumn season: 18.09. - 26.10.2017  

 

The card is valid for the duration of your stay (including day or arrival and day of departure) or – for guests who have purchased the card – for seven consecutive days. Guests do not have to give back the card at the end of their stay – they are welcome to keep it as a souvenir. A new card will be issued to guests who wish to extend their stay.

 

How often can I use the services included in the +Card PREMIUM?

The card gives holders unlimited access to the services included. Certain services or offers can only be used on a specific date or day of the week. Please see our brochure for more details.

Can children receive a +Card PREMIUM?

Of course! Children also receive a +Card PREMIUM and can enjoy the same services and discounts as adults.

What should I do if I lose my +Card PREMIUM?

Your host is entitled to issue a duplicate card to guests who have lost their original card. In this case the original card is no longer valid.

What happens if the +Card PREMIUM is not used according to the terms and conditions?

If it is proven or believed that somebody has contravened the terms and conditions of the +Card PREMIUM then the card in question will be immediately confiscated and/or blocked. It is not permitted to give the card to anyone else to use. Holders who do so will be prosecuted. The card is only valid when used in combination with photo ID.

Terms & conditions
The +Card PREMIUM is only valis for the person it has been issued to and cannot be transferred. Transferal of the card to another person will result in the card being blocked. Data protection: by receiving this card you agree to your personal data being used. This information will only be used for marketing purposes by the Nassfeld-Pressegger See holiday region. You are entitled to withdraw your permission at any time. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. In all other matters the legal provisions on data protection in Austria apply. If a card is lost or no longer works it will be blocked immediately. The holder will receive a replacement card and information on services used with the old card will be transferred to the new card. If a service included in the card is not available there can be no refund. Refund in case of  illness: if a card holder falls ill and is forced to leave earlier than expected, he/she must provide a doctor's note and the +Card PREMIUM will be blocked. General information: the individual services provided as part of this card are offered by legally independent companies. The company issuing this card merely acts as a representative of the other companies offering services included in this card. Therefore, it is the individual company that is responsible for providing the respective services and that is liable in cases of damage or injury.
