Leisurely, scenic hike from Dellach to Waidegg - on the sunny side of the Gail Valley, at the foot of the Gailtal Alps

Suggestion

The hike can also be done in the reverse direction - from Waidegg, via Kirchbach to Dellach.
Access and exits from the individual towns are possible.
Along the hike, there are numerous points (especially along the B111) where you can board the bus to shorten the route or return to the starting point.
On Stöfflerberg there is a launch site for hang gliders and paragliders.

Arrival by car:

From Hermagor via the B111 (Gailtal Road) or from Oberdrauburg via the B110 (Plöcken Pass Road) to Kötschach-Mauthen and from there continue via the B111 (Gailtal Road) to Dellach, Kirchbach and Waidegg.

Entlang des Güterweges von Kirchbach auf den Stöfflerberg. Weiter geht man zum Wassertheurerberg und nach Hochwart auf dem Weg Nr. 10. nach dem Kriebenbach gibt es links eine Abkürzung nach Hochwart. Von Hochwart geht man den Güterweg weiter hinauf nach Tramun. Abstieg von Tramun über Schimanberg nach Waidegg.
